These tools cover creative and team problem solving techniques, root cause identification, cost of quality analysis (repair, scrap, remove and replace), six sigma and others to help identify, contain and long term correct quality problems.

        Our unique expertise is in Quality Mapping, a new concept enabled by integrated work instruction and field quality measurement solutions, but essentially based on Deming principles to identify, contain, verify and long term correct field problems by mapping them to the production source of occurrence. The deployment of this technique at Ford Motor Company's Chicago Assembly Plant brought quality levels in the plant to best in class levels including the benchmark Toyota Camry product.
