Six Sigma

Six Sigma is not for the faint of heart nor the undisciplined organization. It's intense and rigorous, and it entails questioning the way everything is done. It doesn't allow a management team to believe that "good" or "competitive" is good enough but, rather, exposes the waste that otherwise would remain invisible to shareholders and customers.

Tactical Engineering Solutions is a veteran-owned small disadvantaged business, serving the needs of both the private and public sectors. Our roots originate in the automotive industry as a provider of services to vehicle manufacturers and major parts & service suppliers. As we have grown, our portfolio of resources continues to expand upon this foundation into other industries, including Electronics, Aerospace, Healthcare, Power, Department of Defense, and more.

It is this rich automotive industry heritage that allows Tactical Engineering Solutions to support clients with a first-hand understanding of the challenges that businesses face. Working together with our clients, we have demonstrated a genuine ability to transform lessons learned and best practices into effective solutions that deliver quantifiable results.

Tactical Engineering Solutions was formed by industry practitioners who share a sincere passion for operational excellence. These practitioners recognize that what provides organizations with sustainable success is NOT their ability to effectively adopt a particular tool, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Theory of Constraints, etc. Instead, their ongoing success originates from a fundamental alignment between improvement/optimization efforts and core business strategies. Likewise, just as a single tool cannot be used to construct a building, such improvement/optimization efforts must leverage the synergies available through utilization of the collective tool box.

Tactical is registered with Dunn & Bradstreet (828511399) and the Federal Government's Central Contractor Registration system (CCR Cage Code 57XS0).
